Internal training programms
The UNITYacademy provides our employees comprehensive opportunities for further qualification. We not only impart knowledge, but also enable them to successfully meet the challenges of the present and future with a practical and sustainable approach. Our employees benefit from a goal-oriented training path that every consultant passes through as a supplement to his or her project experience. Together with the supervisor, an individual training plan is created within the path, which is based each individual’s level of development and needs. We attach great importance to a combination of technical, methodical and personal development training and qualification concepts.
We have designed the "Digital X Starter" program to provide our new consultants with comprehensive training and development after their university education. In addition to methodological and personal qualifications, this training provides a sound technical education in digitalization. The new consultants go through the program in parallel to working in projects in the first two years after joining the UNITY.
The first phase of the Digital X Starter Training consists of four weeks of classroom training with interactive formats and excursions spread over a year. During this time, our employees are taught the technical topics of our range of services as well as basic training in methods such as project or process management and moderation and communication training. In the second phase, the participants choose topic-specific focuses. This way, the various requirements for specialist qualification can be addressed and deepened using a "modular principle". The knowledge imparted is applied directly in projects and furthered through a continuous exchange that enables sustainable empowerment.
