- Development of a detailed technology trend research with focus on virtualization of medical devices & automation of a completeness check of demo devices at Olympus
- Analysis of identified trends and influence factors and derivation of direct effects on the case studies
- Definition of focus areas as preparation for the target-oriented generation of ideas
- Conception and moderation of the ideation and prototyping workshop with selected participants (25 participants)
- Support in interpreting the workshop results and providing an overview of the top ideas
