In addition to many technological innovations, a change in leadership and culture is a key prerequisite for successful digital transformation in companies. Digitalization always affects the entire organization. The rigid methods of management that used to be common and the strict separation of tasks and responsibilities according to individual departments are no longer current. Within the framework of a New Work concept, traditional organizational models must be replaced by networked teams. UNITY has been organized in a matrix for over 20 years. This structure enables us to work together agilely and effectively.

Leadership
