Choose a career at UNITY. We put you right in the action from the very beginning. Therefore, our consultants are always on hand with help and advice. By assigning consultants to a Competence Center (CC), they also receive a professional orientation at the same time. Usually, each CC is represented by a team at one of our numerous locations, so that our consultants are free to choose their own place of work.

2. We promote team spirit

We promote solidarity and communication through an introductory seminar when you begin working as a UNITY consultant, team events, CC conferences, workshops, the UNITY Campus and leisure events. The CC conferences include activities such as developing new services and methods using the corporate strategy. In addition, consultants gain qualification and personal further development, and CCs are developed into genuinely high-performance teams. We also have the legendary UNITY Campus - an event at which all employees spend an entire weekend together. The UNITY Campus is a platform for the exchange of knowledge and a place to get to know each other, develop further and just have fun.

3. Our pay is based on performance

UNITY's remuneration model consists of a guaranteed basic salary, offering security, and a variable proportion which you can control through your individual performance. You agree individual goals for your personal performance together with your team or CC manager. Options include a company car, a wide variety of further training options or bonuses for exceptional performance in project work and sales.
