UNITY coordinates and organizes open seminars that are led by a trainer from the company Nötges + Partner GmbH. In these seminars, participating managers how, for example, they can work most effectively with their employees. Other seminars cover such topics as conflict management and forcing. For each seminar, Nötges + Partner GmbH supplies trainers who have specialist knowledge related to the topics under discussion. The seminars take place in hotels and at UNITY's offices. All participants receive a certificate on completion of the seminar.
