The public sector in Germany and in Europe is experiencing a change process. The challenges to be met by public organizations lie in reducing costs and achieving a modernization of administrations. At the same time the public sector should guarantee an optimum service quality. The main focus in this development lies in optimizing processes and the IT, where the public sector may learn from industry.

We let the knowledge and experience we gained from various projects designed for medium-sized to international groups on the private sector flow into our work for the public sector.

In addition we enhance our expertise by carrying out research projects or studies concerning current or future-oriented topics. This is the context which brought forth our most recent study “Vorgehensmodell einheitlicher Ansprechpartner (EA) in NRW” (process model of uniform contacts in North Rhine-Westphalia), which was carried out on behalf of the association of the chambers of industry and commerce (IHK) in North Rhine-Westphalia in cooperation with the European Research Center for Information Systems (ERCIS) of the University of Münster, PICTURE GmbH and UNITY AG.
