Dear shareholders, customers, and employees of UNITY AG,

we can look back on a successful fiscal year 2005/2006. Employee numbers grew to 118 and we achieved an increase in sales of 20 % to € 13.5K. This past year has shown us that, with motivation and conviction, it is possible to achieve continuous excellent performance. On the basis of this we are planning to achieve a further 20% rise in sales, earnings and employee numbers over the coming fiscal year.

The German market for management consulting has since 2005 once again grown. The significantly increased demand for classic management-, process- and IT-consulting is spurring us to further expand and internationalize
our core business. In this connection, the coming fiscal year will see particular
attention paid to the innovations-wissen.de specialist Web portal, which we are playing a role in launching. This portal is the result of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research "Strategic Product- and Process Planning"� project. With an emphasis on methods, resources and guidelines, it offers targeted support to companies, not all of which are necessarily involved in manufacturing, in the areas of innovation and strategy. We will be making further investments in developing our personnel and expanding our branch offices in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Munich, Zurich and Cairo over the coming year. Our primary strategic marketing goal is to increase awareness of our company. We are looking to achieve this by, among other things, producing special events for prospective and current customers. Our success over the last fiscal year has been based on the excellent performance of our employees, on the trust placed in us, and on the loyalty of our customers and
business partners. We thank you all for this successful year.
